Conditions for subscription
What is covered
Full and free access to telephone consultation (diagnosis, treatment and healing of
illness if possible) everyday, and at all hours.
The choice of calling directly at morning, in the afternoon or in the evening(Call The
Doctor, see hours) or ordering call back 24/7 ( The Doctor Calls, see response time).
Prescriptions when needed. House calls with a 15 % reduction, from 850 DKK.
Notifications about treatment given to usual danish GP, if you have one (voluntary).
Ordering and payment
Your subscription commence immediately when you buy the first 3 months at this
homepage. Payment is by credit card, no surscharge applied. The month you buy is
not counted. I.e. If you buy 14. may, your first 3 month is the period 1. June - 31. August.
The subsequent payments can be 1/4-, 1/2 or 1/1 yearly as per your choice.
Following payments has to be settled by Betalingsservice, BS (BS is an agreement of
withdrawal from your danish bank account). You will be informed about registration
by E-mail. The first BS-payment will be drawn from your account on the first weekday
in the month after the first full 3 months has expired. A fee for BS payment of 10 DKK
will be added for each payment.
Terms for agreement
When you sign to a subscrition you enter an agreement with Lægelinien ApS.
Shortly after the payment you will receive a receipt as proof of your subscription at Læge-
linien. The receipt contains a preliminary code to be used until you receive your personal
subscription number.
Termination and length of irrevocability
When signing up for a new subscription there is a 6 month irrevocable period. If you choose
to terminate the subscription 1 month notice is needed, and should be given in writing either
by E mail or letter.
Cancellation
You can cancel the enrollment up to 14 days after reception of receipt, provided the
subscription have not been used. Cancellation is by email to info@laegelinien.dk
Miscellaneous
Children are defined as own or foster children below the age of 21, who on a regular basis
stay overnight at your household.
By signing for subscription you aggree that Lægelinien Aps as required by Danish law
register treatment given, using your danish CPR number (if you have one), and that you will
